TECNO: 70 years designing the Future

At Milan Design Week, Tecno is celebrating its 70th anniversary within its Showroom in MilanPiazza XXV Aprile, presenting a series of innovations to convert the design challenges of tomorrow into solutions available as of today.

On the occasion of the company's 70th anniversary, Tecno is returning to its original iconic tones: an innovative and in-depth study of colors, materials and new finishes that make up its collection of furniture by welcoming natural, recycled or recyclable fibers and a shorter supply chain, thus reducing its environmental impact. Tecno Elements is not simply a new color chart but rather a map that redesigns the geography of color and material combinations, a coordinated and well-balanced system of colors, materials and finishes to design the identity of new, fluid, transformable, natural, sustainable and personal environments.

The products coated in the new finishes and colors, immersed in an installation with iconic graphics, cover the different design functions: color, acoustics, green, interactivity, signage, and materials. The careful path designed within the rooms of the Milan Showroom crosses meeting areas, areas dedicated to hospitality, moments of silence and concentration, and spaces for collaboration. The starring role is played by the WQube free-standing room system and the new Alpha table system: a fast and flexible solution in which the connection of lines, simple inclinations and subtlety of volumes generates an essential, harmonious and slender aesthetic, capable of accommodating the most complex layout requirements.
