Established in Manhattan in 1860, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is one of the largest insurance companies in the United States, with around 8,000 employees and a network of over 3,000 financial agents in more than 70 offices around the country.

The special and completely bespoke version of the W80 partition is used along the perimeter of more than 14,000 sq.m. of office space distributed over 3 floors, offering outstanding acoustic insulation and numerous innovative visual and functional features made possible by Tecno's patented technologies and structural solutions. 

The major focus on the design planning and distribution of space, aimed at improving the occupational welfare and dynamism of the staff, in compliance with the strictest privacy standards required by corporate activities, constitutes one of the factors acknowledged by the “Corenet Global  Corporate Real Estate Awards for Excellence 2020” in the 80,000<150,000 square feet category. 

For this prestigious project by Perkins & Will, the choice of flexibility, transparency and brightness convey in the interiors the international standing of the product, which is gentrified for remote working policies, reflecting its values of expertise and excellence.
